In order to improve the quality awareness of all employees, improve the enthusiasm of all employees to participate in quality management, and integrate quality management into daily work, Wuhan Biological Sample Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held a series of quality month activities in May 2021 with the theme of "strengthening quality awareness and improving service quality". By calling on all employees of the company to actively participate in the quality month activities, further improve the quality awareness and create a good atmosphere for everyone to talk about quality.
This quality month activity is under the overall leadership of General Manager Zhang Hanrui, and General Manager Assistant Yang Zhongzheng requires all departments and staff to attach great importance to the "quality month" activity. The quality office has carried out detailed planning for the quality month activities based on the actual situation of the company. Through the establishment of a "quality month" working group, collecting and sorting out the relevant laws and regulations of human genetic resources, carrying out publicity and implementation training, online examination and assessment, special inspection and activity summary, the quality month activities have been arranged in detail from many aspects.
First, strengthen the publicity of activities and create a strong atmosphere of "quality month". The Quality Office organizes all employees to publicize and implement the content of the "Quality Month" activity plan, and greatly enhances the quality awareness of employees through all aspects of publicity.
The second is to promote improvement through training. Propaganda and implementation training is an important part of this quality month activity. During the "quality month" activity, the quality office fully combined with the actual work situation of each department and carried out seven special trainings to let all staff further understand the importance of each link of work.

Third, strengthen with practice. In order to make all staff familiar with the relevant laws and regulations documents of the sample library and improve their working skills, the Quality Office organizes all departments to organize the examination question library according to the key contents of the regulatory documents, conduct online answering exercises every day, and conduct simulation tests on weekends to deepen the understanding and memory of the key points of knowledge.

Fourth, carry out special inspections. The special inspection mainly includes the elements of "human, machine, material, method and environment", and adopts the way of special audit. The working team members conduct cross inspection and explore the establishment of appropriate cross inspection mechanism. According to the work arrangement, the Quality Office formulated the on-site audit schedule, and the audit team was divided into two groups. After each audit, the audit team held a summary meeting. Each group member reported the non-conformities found to the audit team leader, and truthfully reported the situation to the audited department. The rectification responsible person was assigned, and the deadline for improvement was set to form a complete closed loop, and the continuous improvement of the quality system was continuously promoted.

This quality month activity aims at strengthening the construction of the company's quality culture and improving the company's quality benefits. With the joint participation and efforts of all staff, it has effectively improved the quality awareness of all staff, improved the overall level of the company's quality management, and achieved certain results.
