Center Introduction
The information center focus on the full-life management of human genetic resources information to make the sample information traceable and to promote data mining, data integration, and data sharing. Based on 6 information management platforms(sample information management platform, clinical research and follow-up platform, multi-omics data analysis platform, medical imaging platform, research big data analysis platform and sample information sharing platform) and private cloud storage platform of 30PB, the center could achieve the goal of combining ‘storage & management & utilization’ and creating infinite possibility of the utilization and sharing of human genetic resources information.
The information center provides the collection management services of clinical data, follow-up data, multi-omics data, imaging data and sample data, and uses unified standard to clean up data to make the data intact, reliable and traceable. Search with complicated conditions is provided and the results could be return in seconds. Data storage and computation services are also provided to support the whole informationalized process of data collection, storage, analysis and utilization.
