(Summary description)On May 19, Shu Hongbing, an academician of the CAS Member and president of the Medical Research Institute of Wuhan University, arrived as president of Wuhan Biotechnology Research Institute, committed to promoting the Institute to build a national innovation platform. At the meeting, Han Jin introduced several measures and institutional arrangements of Wuhan University to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. He said that the East Lake High-tech Zone has huge development potential and multiple national strategic opportunities. It is an important partner of Wuhan University to accelerate the construction of "double first-class". Wuhan Institute of Biotechnology, Wuhan Institute of Navigation, and the satellite signal ground receiving station have all settled in the Optical Valley.
