Product Description
This area covers an area of 340 m2 and is mainly responsible for the storage of samples at normal temperature. According to the sample processing process, the sampling room, production room, dyeing room, film reading room and storage room (divided into dry sample and wet sample storage room) are set up. Among them, the storage room is 140 m2, the material taking room is 30 m2, the film reading room is 30 m2, the production room is 70 m2, and the dyeing room is 70 m2. The normal temperature storage area can realize the automation of the dehydration, sectioning, staining, and reading of tissue samples, which is mainly used to carry out the work related to the pathological study of tissue samples. The tissue samples that can be processed include fresh, dehydrated, or waxed normal/paracancerous/cancer tissues, providing basic support for tissue chips or pathological sections; At the same time, match the entry and confirmation of relevant information.
The preservation equipment is mainly in dense cabinets, and the wax blocks and corresponding HE slices are stored adjacent to each other, which are centrally managed by the sample library information system, so as to facilitate the search and verification and realize the traceability of samples. The storage temperature of wax block shall be controlled at 0~27 ℃, the ambient temperature shall not be higher than 28 ℃, and the humidity shall be controlled at 40%~60%.
