Product Description
This area covers 195m2 (conventional processing area of 30 m2, quality control area of 65 m2, and high-throughput processing area of 100 m2). It is mainly used for sample processing, sub-packaging, and program cooling. In combination with the sample processing scheme and sample size, the pre-processing and quality control of samples are completed by manual or automatic high-throughput methods; At the same time, match the entry and confirmation of relevant information.
The conventional processing area will be equipped with relevant equipment such as a full-row biosafety cabinet, biochip analysis system, microscope, centrifuge, electrophoresis instrument, etc., which mainly processes samples manually, and completes the pretreatment and quality control of blood, urine, saliva and other body fluid samples.
The samples qualified for quality control shall be sub-packed according to the standard process, and the sample number shall be corresponding to the sub-packed tube number in the system. The frozen tube with barcode or 2D code can be read by the scanner, and directly corresponding to the sample number in the system. The frozen tube without barcode or 2D code can be matched with the corresponding number through the label printer, and then associated with the sample number in the system by scanning the code.
The high-throughput processing area is equipped with automatic pre-treatment and quality control equipment, which can complete the subpackage and nucleic acid quality control of body fluid samples online:
(1) Quality control and component separation of blood/urine: configure image recognition system and high-throughput ultra-micro full spectrum analyzer to detect the absorbance value of the sample and realize the preliminary quality control of the sample, such as the detection of hemolysis, jaundice and turbidity of plasma components; Samples that have completed the preliminary quality control can be separated by automatic equipment, such as anticoagulant plasma, blood cells and white membrane components, blood coagulation serum components and urine supernatant components.
(2) Extraction and quality control of nucleic acid: The magnetic beads method is used to extract free nucleic acid from samples of whole blood, plasma and other types, and the concentration, purity and other indicators of the extracted nucleic acid are detected by the high-throughput ultra-micro full-spectrum analyzer. In principle, nucleic acids, especially RNA components, are not directly stored without clear sample research ideas.
