This area covers an area of 90m2 and mainly undertakes the reception, temporary storage and distribution of samples.
The warehoused samples are collected and transported to the storage area through cold chain logistics, where the samples are received, including unpacking, verification, classification, temporary storage and transfer of samples (to the sample processing area or sample detection area); At the same time, the qualified samples will match the unique code of the sample library, the numbering rule is "year+serial number", and the code is the unique number of the samples circulating in the library.
This area is equipped with large fume hood (sample delivery), full-row biosafety cabinet (sample unpacking), 4 ℃ and - 20 ℃ refrigerator (sample temporary storage), small liquid nitrogen tank (sample temporary storage), autoclave (disinfection and inactivation), information system (desktop computer), camera, wash basin, eye washer, shelf, etc.
The staff shall complete the unpacking work in the fume hood or biosafety cabinet (the same batch of samples shall be operated in the same fume hood or biosafety cabinet), sort and classify the samples, temporarily store them at the appropriate temperature according to the downstream disposal requirements of the samples (see Table 1 for details), and complete the circulation of the samples.
