Platform Introduction

The cell platform mainly provides services related to the detection of cellular immune function. At present, the number of samples assisted in analysis is close to one million, and it has accumulated rich experience in sample pretreatment, detection and analysis.
The platform technicians mainly carry out systematic basic medicine and clinical research on malignant tumors, inflammation and autoimmune diseases with the background of biology, basic medicine, immunology and other related disciplines. The research direction covers disease pathogenesis research, new vaccine research and development and evaluation, new anti-tumor drug screening, effectiveness and safety evaluation, drug action mechanism research and other aspects. Recently, a primary tumor cell and organ-like bank is being built for fresh cancer and paracancerous tissue samples from cancer patients.

Multiple cytokine expression assessment
Cytokines, as intercellular signaling molecules, mainly mediate and regulate the immune response and inflammatory reaction, and maintain the stability of the body's immune system by regulating the dynamic balance between immune promotion and immune suppression. The detection of cytokines is of great value for the diagnosis and treatment of certain diseases.
