Associate application of Multi-omics research
The multi-omics technology integration platform could normalize the batch data from different biomolecular levels such as genome, transcriptome, proteome and metabolome, and could carry out statistical analysis such as comparative analysis and correlation analysis to establish the data relationship between different levels of molecules. The platform can also combine GO functional analysis, metabolic pathway enrichment, molecular interactions and other biological functional analysis to systematically and comprehensively analyze biological molecular functions and regulatory mechanisms, so as to provide big data support for new drug research and development, early diagnosis of diseases, individualized treatment and drug use guiding.
The main research directions of multi-omics are:
(1) Research on genome, exome and transcriptome sequencing in clinical cancer genomics.
Through genome, exome, transcriptome sequencing, to study on gene structure, and to find tumor-related structural variation, somatic mutations, pathogenic mutations, etc.
(2) Multi-omics study of microbial secondary metabolites.
Using he detection data of genomics, transcriptome, proteomics and metabolomics of intestinal microbes, to study on the relationship between the occurrence, development and cure of diseases and intestinal microbes, and to study drug metabolic pathways.
