The hybrid cloud platform integrates private cloud and public cloud: private cloud is a data storage and computing module built by the information center through its own computer room and supporting high-performance cluster equipment, which mainly realizes the safe storage and calculation of core confidential data; The public cloud means that the information center rents the storage and computing resources of the online third-party public cloud through paid use, realizes data backup, massive computing, analysis, application and distribution, ensures the elastic expansion of the information center, big data analysis capability, and effectively reduces the related costs.
The private cloud and the public cloud use the physical private line to connect, based on the same set of management control system, form a hybrid cloud environment, and build the corresponding security system to ensure the security of sample data. Through the hybrid cloud platform, the information center will achieve EB level
Data storage and supporting big data computing and analysis capabilities.
(1) Private Cloud
As the core infrastructure of the information center, private cloud is mainly constructed in two phases of sample database phase I and phase II:
In the first phase of the sample database (2019-2023), the private cloud of the information center is mainly deployed in the D1-3A building, which is composed of data room, high-performance cluster equipment, network equipment, management operating system, and private network, and realizes the storage and supporting computing capacity of 30PB of data;
In the second phase of the sample database (2024-2028), the information center will supplement the layout of the new data room and supporting equipment and facilities in the D1-3B building, realize 70PB of data storage and supporting computing capacity at the private cloud level, and realize the self-backup capability of sample data in the sample database.
In 2028, the sample database information center will realize the sample information storage capacity of 100PB of private cloud.
At present, the overall planning and design of the private cloud of the information center of the D1-3A building has been completed in accordance with the Class B computer room standard in the Code for Design of Electronic Information System Computer Room (see Figure 8 and Figure 9 for details): located on the first floor of the building, with a total area of 158 m2 and composed of two modules, The integrated data room solution (consisting of power supply and distribution system, refrigeration system, cabinet and cold channel system, dynamic environment monitoring and management system, lightning protection and grounding system, fire protection system and decoration system) is adopted, and the corresponding high-performance cluster equipment is planned to be put into use in 2020. The specific configuration is as follows:
Module A: 16 equipment cabinets, 2 network header cabinets, 1 set of precision power distribution cabinet, 5 sets of precision air conditioners.
Module B: 19 equipment cabinets, 2 network header cabinets, 1 set of precision power distribution cabinet, 8 sets of precision air conditioners.

It can achieve geometric expansion of storage space, support the storage of big data, columns, blocks, objects, and file storage systems, and has a parallel computing framework for complex applications.
With the development of the sample database, the private cloud built by the information center is far from meeting the actual storage and computing needs. Therefore, the private cloud can be connected to the third-party public cloud through a private line, and the storage and backup of non-core confidential data and big data computing and analysis system can be quickly built by taking advantage of the characteristics of cloud service elasticity, scalability, security and reliability, on-demand deployment and low maintenance costs.
At the same time, based on the public cloud, the information center staff can focus on business needs without paying more attention to the underlying IT infrastructure and equipment maintenance, thus greatly reducing the operation and maintenance costs.
