The existing samples of human genetic resources mainly come from the relevant research of natural population and disease population. With reference to the processing and preservation specifications of the two types of samples, the preservation center has formulated corresponding preservation specifications and schemes, see Table 3 and Table 4 for details.
After the samples are processed and sub-packed, they are loaded into the frozen storage tube with preset 2D code or label code, scanned and saved to the sample library information management software, and the selected equipment serial number and orifice plate position are entered according to the information software, and the samples are classified and placed in each storage equipment. When the number of samples is more than 2 tubes, the samples from blood, urine and feces will be stored at - 80 ℃ and - 196 ℃ respectively; The RNAlater preservation organization will store all in the environment of - 80 ℃; Fresh quick-frozen tissue will be stored in the environment of - 196 ℃.
