Organoid Authentication

Product Description

Authentication Process:

1.Histopathological Morphological Analysis (H&E Staining): Assesses structural similarity between organoids and source tissue.

2.Genetic Lineage Tracing (Sequencing): Evaluates genetic correlation and determines purity via copy number variation (CNV) analysis.

3.Surface Marker Detection (Flow Cytometry, mIHC): Confirms expression of specific protein markers.

4.Functional Assessment: Viability and proliferation capacity testing.

Authentication Case Studies:

Figure: Comparison of intestinal organoids with intestinal tissue (H&E staining): Morphological pathological analysis via H&E staining indicates structural similarity between constructed organoids and source tissue.

Figure: Immunofluorescence identification of colorectal cancer organoids: Multi-color immunofluorescence identifies expression of CAM5.2, HER2, CLDN18.2, FGFR, and CEA.

Figure: Flow cytometric analysis of epithelial malignancy marker EpCAM in colorectal cancer organoids: 98.7% of cells express EpCAM.

Figure: Genetic analysis reveals high correlation between colorectal cancer organoids and corresponding tissue based on germline and somatic mutations, confirming shared individual origin.
