Automatic low-temperature storage area
Product Description
The area is 400 m2, equipped with a large automatic ultra-low temperature storage device, including - 80 ℃ and - 140 ℃ storage temperature zones (Figure 3). The equipment operation has the following advantages:
(1) Efficient access: compared with the storage mode of traditional refrigerators, the automatic ultra-low temperature/deep low temperature storage equipment can greatly reduce the labor cost, and achieve the scheduled delivery/warehousing of samples without taking up labor.
(2) Energy-saving operation: based on the principle of cooling air sinking, the sample storage location is located at the lower layer, and the top layer is a mechanical arm structure, which will not bring too much impact on the temperature of the storage area in the process of extracting samples from the warehouse.

(3) Multi-consumable materials: the equipment can match a variety of common frozen storage tubes on the market, providing support for the diversification of sample sources of third-party sample libraries. According to the planned configuration scheme, 9.2 million samples are stored in the temperature zone of - 80 ℃ and 1.3 million samples are stored in the temperature zone of - 140 ℃. Among them, 8.3 million tubes are stored in the frozen storage tube of SBS specification, and 2.92 million tubes can be stored in the conventional frozen storage box, with a total of 10.5 million tubes (see Table 2 for the configuration details).
(4) Multiple insurance: the equipment adopts a triple ultra-low temperature refrigeration system, namely a set of main refrigeration system, a set of standby refrigeration system, and a set of liquid nitrogen standby refrigeration system, to ensure the quality and safety of the sample temperature- The refrigeration system in the temperature zone of 80 ℃ is two for standby and three for use, and the refrigeration system in the temperature zone of - 140 ℃ is two for standby and one for use; In case of power failure, liquid nitrogen refrigeration can also be used.
